Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Entry of orders in Pharmacy System
- Assists pharmacist in preparation of prescription orders.
- Receives and stores incoming supplies and orders.
- Counts stock to maintain inventory records.
- Ensures security of Protected Health Information as per HIPAA requirements.
- Answer and direct phone calls, pull supplies for orders as needed.
- Ring out customers on POS register as needed and assist with product selection.
- Maintain pharmacy as clean area.

Qualified candidate requirements:
- Registered with the Florida Board of Pharmacy
- Must be able to work part time or Full time shifts which may include weekends
- Store hours are 9 AM to 6 PM on Monday to Friday and 9 AM. to 1 PM on Saturday
- Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Will have 1-2 years pharmacy technician related experience (desired)
- Computer knowledge a plus (BESTRX)
- Ability to regularly stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift/move up to 35 pounds
- Applicant is subject to Drug Screen and Criminal background check
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Pharmacy Technician Experience: 1 year (Required)
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Pharmacy Technician Certification (Required)
- PTCB Certification (Preferred)
