Location: Buffalo, NY (Onsite – 5 days/week)

Job Description:
The Recruiting & Onboarding Specialist will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, driving the hiring process from start to finish. This includes sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and providing an exceptional candidate experience while partnering closely with hiring managers across various departments. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, accountability, and a relationship-driven mindset to recruitment and onboarding operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from posting and sourcing to offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and design effective recruitment strategies.
- Write and post engaging job descriptions to attract top talent across multiple disciplines (manufacturing, technical, administrative, and professional roles).
- Proactively source passive candidates through online tools, networking, and referrals.
- Coordinate interviews, background checks, and onboarding logistics to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Serve as a brand ambassador by providing a high-quality candidate and new hire experience.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Stay current on recruiting trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve talent acquisition efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within manufacturing or professional services.
- Proven success recruiting for a variety of roles (technical, administrative, sales, and leadership).
- Strong communication and organizational skills with a focus on relationship building.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Excel.
- Self-starter with a data-driven, growth-oriented mindset.
