Kelly Services is seeking a Data Entry Specialist for an important project in Norcross, GA. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and possesses strong data entry skills.



Position Details

Position: Data Entry Specialist
Location: Norcross, GA 30071
chedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Job Overview
The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for accurately entering sensitive records and other documents into Excel spreadsheets, ensuring data integrity and precision.

Key Responsibilities
• Accurately enter and update data in company systems, spreadsheets, and electronic databases.
• Maintain data integrity and consistency when handling sensitive or confidential information.
• Perform quality checks to ensure the accuracy of data and correct errors as needed.
• Organize and classify documents for efficient retrieval and secure storage.
• Assist with scanning, indexing, and digitally archiving physical records.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and requirements.
• Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing and document sorting.


Qualifications
• 1-2 years of experience in data entry or clerical work required.
• Experience with document scanning and indexing is a plus.
• Strong typing speed (WPM) and keystroke accuracy.
• Must pass an Excel Exam/Test.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to provide previous employment verification.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
