We are seeking an enthusiastic, professional, and service-driven individual to join our team and be a part of a diverse group of professionals in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Our Houseperson in Housekeeping plays a key role behind-the-scenes in hotel operations. This position maintains a welcoming appearance of the guest floors and vending areas while supporting our housekeeping team. This position requires attention to detail and a passion for hospitality.

Compensation:

$15.16 - $15.50 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Transport clean linen to the housekeeping storage rooms and replenish linen supplies on each floor
• Clean and maintain guest rooms, hallways, furnishings, flooring, lobby, and other work areas
• Begin each shift by visiting assigned floors and collect trash, dirty linen, and other materials as instructed by management
• Ensure the highest level of customer service by anticipating and responding quickly to visitors' requests
• Make deliveries to guest rooms for guest-requested items such as amenities, rollaway beds, cribs, bedding, and linens

Qualifications:

• Must have 1 or more years experience as a houseperson, housekeeper, or similar position in hospitality field
• Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience
• Hard worker with strong time management, organizational, and communication skills
• Good understanding of cleaning techniques and products
• Must have graduated high school or received an equivalent certification (GED)
