Make a difference as a FULL TIME LNA

As a Full-Time LNA, you can expect to become a crucial part of our clients' nightly routines. Your evenings will be filled with providing personal care, assisting with activities of daily living, and ensuring the safety and comfort of our senior clients. You'll monitor their health, assist with medication reminders, and respond to any needs that arise during the night. Building trust is essential, so expect to engage in meaningful conversations that foster relationships. Your consistency will be key, as you'll be responsible for maintaining reliable overnight hours, allowing clients to feel secure and cared for.

What you need to be successful

To thrive as a Full-Time LNA, you'll need a blend of technical knowledge and soft skills. An active New Hampshire LNA license is a must, along with experience in home care, assisted living, or skilled nursing. Strong communication skills are essential, as you'll be the bridge between clients and their families, ensuring that everyone is well-informed and comfortable. Your keen observation skills will help you monitor changes in clients' health, while proficiency in proper documentation and medication reminders is crucial for safe care. Familiarity with mobility and transfer techniques will ensure clients are assisted safely and respectfully.

As this role involves working independently overnight, reliability and the ability to manage your time effectively are key. A dependable mode of transportation is also necessary to travel to client homes. With these skills, you'll be well-equipped to provide exceptional care to those who need it most.
