Responsibilities:

Construction Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and oversee property renovations from acquisition to completion.
Estimating & Budgeting: Accurately estimate project costs, create budgets, and monitor expenses.
General Contracting & Flip Knowledge: Understand all aspects of property flips, including timelines, sequencing, and best practices for cost control.
Trade Oversight: Possess a working knowledge of all trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, etc.) to ensure quality and compliance.
Vendor & Contractor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors, leveraging your network or ability to create one.
Timeline Management: Maintain urgency, detail, and organization to keep projects on track without sacrificing quality.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or in a General Contracting role.
Strong estimating knowledge and budget management skills.
Hands-on understanding of all trades involved in residential renovation.
Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
