Client Benefit Specialist
Location: Vancouver, WA
Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $23–$33/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established company in Vancouver, WA, to hire multiple Client Benefit Specialists at various experience levels. Responsibilities

Administer employee benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability.

Respond to employee and client inquiries about benefits and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date benefit records for enrollments, changes, and terminations.

Ensure compliance with company policies, carrier rules, and regulatory guidelines.

Support payroll processing as it relates to benefit deductions and contributions.

Provide assistance during peak times such as open enrollment, including occasional on-site support.

Collaborate with Benefits Consultants and HR team members on ongoing initiatives.
Qualifications
-
1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on benefits administration and payroll.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

Experience with online benefits enrollment systems is a plus.

Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
Benefits Package

Vacation:

2 weeks in year 1

3 weeks from years 2–4

Volunteer Leave: 4 paid days per year (2 individual + 2 team-based)
