Client Benefit Specialist
Location: Vancouver, WA
Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $23–$33/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established company in Vancouver, WA, to hire multiple Client Benefit Specialists at various experience levels. Responsibilities

  • Administer employee benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability.

  • Respond to employee and client inquiries about benefits and resolve issues in a timely manner.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date benefit records for enrollments, changes, and terminations.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, carrier rules, and regulatory guidelines.

  • Support payroll processing as it relates to benefit deductions and contributions.

  • Provide assistance during peak times such as open enrollment, including occasional on-site support.

  • Collaborate with Benefits Consultants and HR team members on ongoing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on benefits administration and payroll.

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

  • Experience with online benefits enrollment systems is a plus.

  • Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.

Benefits Package

  • Vacation:

    • 2 weeks in year 1

    • 3 weeks from years 2–4

    • 4 weeks starting in year 5

  • Volunteer Leave: 4 paid days per year (2 individual + 2 team-based)

  • Holidays: 8 paid holidays annually, including 2 floating holidays

  • 401(k): 100% match on the first 3%, 50% match on the next 2%

  • HSA: 50% company match on the first $1,000 contributed

Pay Details: $25.00 to $33.00 per hour
