Nurse Practitioner – Family Practice (Full-Time)

We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join a well-established family practice / primary care private practice in Tacoma, Washington. A full patient panel is available depending on experience, with structured onboarding and strong clinical support. New graduates are welcome.
This role is ideal for a Nurse Practitioner seeking autonomy with support, work-life balance, and long-term stability in a community-based practice.

Job Type: Full-time (would consider part-time)
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday (can pick the 2 days that work best for you)
Hours: 10-hour shifts (schedule flexibility may be considered)
Setting: Outpatient family practice / primary care clinic

Responsibilities
Provide primary care services to mainly adult population
Perform physical examinations and patient assessments
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Order and interpret labs and diagnostic testing
Prescribe medications and treatment plans
Educate patients and families on health conditions and prevention
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
Collaborate with physicians, medical assistants, and clinic staff
Qualifications
Active or pending Washington State Nurse Practitioner license
Master’s degree in Nursing (Doctorate preferred but not required)
Interest or experience in family practice, primary care, or urgent care
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Team-oriented, patient-focused approach
New graduates encouraged to apply
