This role is essential in providing top-notch administrative support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and serving as the first point of contact for visitors. Responsibilities:
• Welcome and guide visitors, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate person or location.
• Manage incoming and outgoing packages, coordinating courier services efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of visitors and calls, including issuing security badges or passes.
• Organize and oversee the scheduling and equipment usage of boardrooms.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support, such as document preparation, filing, photocopying, and mail distribution.
• Assist with the binding of materials and the creation of well-prepared mailers as needed.
• Ensure confidentiality and organization in handling sensitive information.
• Utilize computer applications like Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for efficient task completion.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while multitasking in a dynamic environment.
• Support additional clerical duties to uphold seamless office operations.• Proven verbal and written communication skills, along with strong customer service abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and efficiently.
• Experience in maintaining confidentiality and ensuring organized workflows.

• Familiarity with handling clerical functions such as filing, typing, and document preparation.
