Skills

  • Minimum intermediate-level skill set using Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
  • Robust verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive and professional demeanor with internal and external customers via phone and email communications
  • Strong typing and 10-key skills
  • Prior administrative office experience would be helpful

Job Duties

1. Office supply orders

a. Order supplies as requested or as low inventory needs cite.

2. Filing A/P or other Company files

a. Physically or electronically file all Accounts Payable paperwork, as well as other Company file needs as assigned.

3. Data entry to support all accounting functions

a. Manually enter various accounting-related paperwork information into our systems.

4. Implement paper to electronic process

a. We will be implementing a process for changing over files from paper to electronic format. This position will be key in the process change.

5. Other administrative duties as needed
