Job Description
General Manager
High-Volume, Upper-Casual Restaurant | Palm Beach Florida
This is a build, lead, and own the business role for a General Manager who thrives when the lights are bright, the pace is fast, and the expectations are clear. The operation is entering a rapid growth phase with multiple openings ahead. The next location is already on the clock. What matters now is installing a General Manager who can step in, take control, and run the restaurant like it is their own.
If you are energized by responsibility, decisive leadership, and building teams that actually perform, keep reading.
You will lead a high-volume, upper-casual restaurant that blends elevated service standards with approachable pricing. The structure is tight, the expectations are high, and ownership is actively involved. This is not a place where problems get passed up or linger unresolved.
What You Will Own
• Full P&L accountability including sales growth, profitability, labor, and food cost performance
• Hiring, training, coaching, and holding leaders accountable across FOH and BOH
• Creating a unified culture where the kitchen and dining room operate as one team
• Making tough decisions when needed, quickly and professionally
• Leading from the floor during peak periods and setting the tone by example
• Developing managers who are capable of stepping into larger roles as the company grows
• Opening execution and operational stability as the brand scales across Florida
Who This Is For
This role is built for a General Manager who:
• Has led high-volume, upper-casual or fine-dining restaurants
• Is comfortable making difficult staffing decisions when performance demands it
• Understands that leadership includes accountability, not just motivation
• Can balance hospitality, execution, and financial discipline
• Has experience opening restaurants or stabilizing underperforming teams
• Wants long-term growth, not just the next job title
Managers coming from structured corporate environments often do well here if they are ready to operate with more ownership and less hand-holding.
Compensation and Growth
• Competitive base salary with performance-based bonus tied to sales and profitability
• Paid vacation and guaranteed paid holidays
• Health insurance
• Clear runway for advancement as new locations open
This is an opportunity to be part of something that is actively expanding, not hypothetically growing.
