Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Special Education or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
- Valid state certification or licensure in Special Education.
- Experience working with elementary-aged students, particularly those with AU and moderate needs.
- Strong munication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with co-teachers and support staff.

Location: Warrenton, NC
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
- Collaborate with co-teachers to deliver effective instruction through co-teaching models.
- Provide direct support to students through both pull-out and push-in services.
- Monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet varying needs.
- Engage in regular munication with students, parents, and faculty regarding student development.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
- Elementary caseload of approximately 14 students.
