Responsibilities:
- Play a key role on the marketing team in advising on and contributing to digital, advertising, and marketing strategies
- Maintain our social media platforms including messages to our audience
- Write social media content, web content, blogs, and other copy that contributes to our overall marketing strategy and goals
- Create monthly breakdowns of our analytics on web and social, recommend improvements, and identify growth opportunities
- Manage website content, mailing lists, SEO development, and tracking analytics to ensure all content is up to date and relevant
- Prepare and organize mailouts, including letters, postcards, and other marketing materials.
- Generate and maintain accurate distribution lists using company applications.
- Coordinate with departments and leadership to ensure timely delivery and alignment with campaign goals.
- Collaborate with graphic design or other teams as needed for content, visuals, and branding.
- Track responses, returns, and follow-up actions to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of web and email systems, public relations, brand messaging, and social platforms
- Must be driven with strong communication and project management skills
- Must exhibit strong understanding of latest marketing trends
- Experience in coordinating marketing communication projects, with a focus on social media and digital marketing.
- Ability to manage and maintain social media platforms, ensuring consistent and engaging messaging.
- Proven track record of writing compelling content for social media, web, and blogs that aligns with marketing goals.
- Strong analytical skills to create monthly reports on web and social analytics, with the ability to recommend improvements.
- Experience in managing website content, mailing lists, and SEO development to keep content relevant and up-to-date.
- Ability to prepare and organize mailouts, ensuring timely and accurate distribution of marketing materials.
- Proficiency in generating and maintaining accurate distribution lists using company applications and tools for effective mail coordination.
