We are seeking a Human Resources Admin to become a part of team! You will be involved in all HR activities for the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Implement company culture, values and policies
- Be involved in the offering of company benefits
- Conduct Employee Relations intakes and resolution
- Track Leaves of Absences, Disability Claims and other related issues
- Conduct employee on-boarding
- Participate in the investigation and guidance for disciplinary actions
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Human Resources or other related fields
- Some experience in conflict resolution
- Fundamental knowledge of the concepts of HR
- Ability to build rapport with all employees
To be successful the selected candidate must be able to communicate in both Spanish and English.
