Job Description
The Red Gate Group is seeking a Communication & Training Project Manager to support the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) within its Cyber & Enterprise Operations Division, specifically the Service Management Office (SMO). In this high-impact role, you will lead strategic communication and training initiatives designed to enhance the adoption and understanding of enterprise IT services across the Agency and broader Intelligence Community.
This position is ideal for a proactive, creative, and collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. You will oversee all aspects of communication and training projects, from stakeholder engagement and content development to marketing strategy and senior leader briefings. Your work will directly support the success of DIA’s Service Central platform—a critical tool for modernizing IT service delivery across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full lifecycle of communication and training projects for DIA’s Service Central program.

Develop outreach materials, presentations, and training curricula to educate stakeholders on IT tools and services.

Establish and execute communication and adoption roadmaps that drive awareness, understanding, and user engagement.

Identify barriers to adoption and implement targeted strategies to overcome them.

Serve as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex IT concepts into accessible, engaging content.

Implement creative communication tactics—oral, print, digital—to promote service offerings throughout DIA and the IC.

Lead outreach efforts, conduct briefings with senior leadership, and build strong relationships across departments and agencies.

Create regular engagement forums to gather feedback, share best practices, and strengthen stakeholder collaboration.

Monitor the transition of IC agencies into the Service Central ecosystem, providing ongoing communication and support throughout the change management process.
Qualifications

Active/current TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.

Minimum 10 years of professional experience, including at least 6 years in project leadership roles.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Strong experience with communication strategy, marketing practices, and stakeholder engagement in IT or enterprise service environments.

Proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.

Outstanding written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to brief senior executives.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications:

ITIL Foundation Certification.

Experience in DoD or Intelligence Community environments.

Background in change management, stakeholder engagement, or user adoption strategy.
