Salary: $70,304
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Supervisor to join our team. This role plays a key part in supporting daily HR operations while helping ensure organizational expectations are met across departments. This is not a traditional HR role, success in this position requires adaptability, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for staffing agencies
- Support and help enforce operational expectations across teams
- Assist with employee relations, including addressing concerns and facilitating communication
- Maintain accurate records and support HR administrative processes
- Manage time-sensitive tasks and prioritize competing deadlines effectively
Qualifications
- Previous experience in human resources or a related field preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently when needed
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

- Late morning to early afternoon availability (required).
- Flexibility to work weekends (required).
- Ability to travel as necessary (required).
