Finance Specialist - Individual Retirement Arrangement (IRA) and Payable on Death (POD)

Location : Remote and Onsite Twice a week - Pensacola, FL

Duration : Long term ongoing with no end date

Looking for someone that has Experience working in a high volume, fast paced environment. If they have the resolve Certificate, Individual Retirement Arrangement (IRA), and Payable on Death (POD) that would be great.

Job Description:

To research, process, and resolve Certificate, Individual Retirement Arrangement (IRA), and Payable on Death (POD) requests from members, contact center, and branch. Identify suspicious or fraudulent activity, place holds, and report/provide necessary documentation for review.

Required Skill Sets:
1. Attention to detail and organizational skills
2. Experience working in a high volume, fast paced environment
3. Effective skill exercising initiative and using good judgment to make sound decisions
4. Effective organizational, planning, problem solving and time management skills
