- Proactively informs appropriate team members of work status and effectively communicates in weekly team meeting

- Analyzes client information and prepares tax returns and/or financial statements

- Organizes facts, analyzes and interprets information/research according to client circumstances
- Understands tax and accounting regulations and how they apply to each engagement
- Understands limits of personal knowledge; asks questions and seeks assistance to clarify technical issues

Requirements:
Minimum Entry Requirements
- B.A./B.S. degree
- Foundational understanding of tax law and accounting standards
- Basic accounting skills
- Basic analytical skills
- Solid interpersonal skills
- 0-1 years of public accounting experience
