  • Proactively informs appropriate team members of work status and effectively communicates in weekly team meeting

EXPERTISE

  • Develops understanding of all Firm software and tools
  • Analyzes client information and prepares tax returns and/or financial statements
  • Retains learning/knowledge from one client to the next; continuously applies and builds on prior learning
  • Organizes facts, analyzes and interprets information/research according to client circumstances
  • Understands tax and accounting regulations and how they apply to each engagement
  • Understands limits of personal knowledge; asks questions and seeks assistance to clarify technical issues

Requirements:

Minimum Entry Requirements

  • B.A./B.S. degree
  • Foundational understanding of tax law and accounting standards
  • Basic accounting skills
  • Basic analytical skills
  • Solid interpersonal skills
  • 0-1 years of public accounting experience
