• Position: Clinical Laboratory Supervisor
• Location: Las Vegas, Nevada
• Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a qualified Laboratory Supervisor with a strong background in clinical laboratory science and a passion for hands-on benchwork. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional who is ready to take on a leadership role while staying actively involved in day-to-day testing operations. We are looking for a person with experience in the Chemistry, Hematology, and Immunology departments for general diagnostic testing. Additionally, Coagulation, TB testing is a plus.

We are open to relocating the right candidates based on their experience and qualifications.

Compensation:

$100,000+ yearly

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily laboratory operations, including testing and workflow coordination
• Perform complex testing procedures and ensure accuracy and compliance
• Experience with LabDAQ is a plus
• Must be able to do daily benchwork
• Support and supervise laboratory staff, including training and performance evaluation
• Monitor and maintain quality assurance and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with management to identify process improvements and support laboratory growth

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

• Active Nevada Laboratory Supervisor License (required)
• ASCP Certification Required
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a clinical laboratory environment
• Strong working knowledge of chemistry, hematology, coagulation, and general diagnostic testing
• Demonstrated experience in supervising or mentoring staff
• Excellent critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-focused environment
• Familiarity with CLIA regulations, quality control practices, and laboratory safety protocols
• Understanding and application of quality control and assurance procedures are critical for reliable lab results
• The ability to analyze data, solve problems, and make informed decisions is important for a supervisor
