Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a painter in a mechanical or industrial setting.
- Knowledge of surface preparation techniques and paint application methods.
- Familiarity with safety procedures related to painting and handling of hazardous materials.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with specialized coatings such as anti-corrosive or heat-resistant paints.
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems and components.
- Ability to operate spray painting equipment and related tools.
- Completion of OSHA safety training or equivalent.
Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with mechanical and maintenance teams to coordinate painting schedules and minimize downtime.
- Maintain painting equipment and ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental guidelines.
- Document work performed and report any issues or material needs to supervisors.
