Physical Therapist (Outpatient Orthopedics) - Full-Time
Job type: Full time| In-person
Job Location: Fairfax County, VA
Key Responsibilities:

Perform detailed patient evaluations and create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans

Treat a mix of orthopedic, post-surgical, and sports injury cases
-
Collaborate directly with orthopedic surgeons on rehab protocols and patient progress
-
Apply manual therapy techniques, functional exercise, and performance training
-
Utilize advanced methods such as Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) (if trained)
-
Educate patients on recovery, injury prevention, and non-medication pain management
-
Maintain accurate documentation using WebPT / Modernizing Medicine (EMR systems)
Requirements:

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's in Physical Therapy
-
Active State Physical Therapist License (VA license required)
-
Current CPR Certification
-
New grads with strong outpatient orthopaedic clinical affiliations are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
1+ year of outpatient experience
-
Dry Needling certification (or willingness to obtain)
-
Experience working with active / athletic patient populations
-
New graduates are encouraged to apply (clinical rotations in outpatient ortho preferred)
