Now hiring full-time W2 Class A CDL drivers for OTR, Regional, and Dedicated fleets. Entry-level drivers who have completed CDL school may qualify for our paid training program. We offer stable freight, structured onboarding, and dependable home time.

Position Summary
• W2 employment with consistent year-round work
• Dry van freight
• Majority no-touch freight with strong drop-and-hook percentage
• Late-model 2024–2025 Freightliner and Kenworth equipment
• Fleet placement based on availability and business needs

Compensation & Benefits
• $1,300–$1,500 per week

Entry-Level Training Path
Drivers with a minimum of 120 hours from an accredited CDL school may be eligible. Training covers safe tractor-trailer operation, hours-of-service compliance, inspection procedures, load handling standards, and company safety policies. Progression to solo status is based on performance evaluations.

Driver Responsibilities
• Operate a Class A commercial vehicle in compliance with DOT regulations
• Maintain accurate logs, trip reports, and DVIRs
• Adhere to scheduled pickup and delivery appointments
• Conduct daily equipment inspections
• Maintain professional communication with operations and customers

Minimum Qualifications
• Valid Class A CDL
OR completion of 120-hour accredited CDL training program with eligibility for company-sponsored training
• Safe driving history
• Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
