Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented, efficient, and upbeat Medical Assistant to join our high-performing private urology and men’s and women’s wellness practice in Hingham, MA.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in growing their skills in men’s and women’s health—including hands-on training in low-intensity shockwave therapy for erectile dysfunction and Votiva for vaginal rejuvenation. You’ll work closely with patients, assist with procedures, manage clinical tasks, and take ownership of front desk duties.

Responsibilities

Assist in patient care, including shockwave therapy (training provided)
Take vitals, prep exam rooms, assist with procedures, and manage documentation
Manage front desk operations: phones, patient intake, scheduling
Enter and maintain information in the electronic medical record (EMR)
Ensure a pleasant and professional patient experience

Requirements

Certified Medical Assistant or completion of MA training program (or equivalent experience)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Friendly, professional communication style
Comfortable using or learning EMR systems
