Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented, efficient, and upbeat Medical Assistant to join our high-performing private urology and men’s and women’s wellness practice in Hingham, MA.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in growing their skills in men’s and women’s health—including hands-on training in low-intensity shockwave therapy for erectile dysfunction and Votiva for vaginal rejuvenation. You’ll work closely with patients, assist with procedures, manage clinical tasks, and take ownership of front desk duties.
Responsibilities
- Assist in patient care, including shockwave therapy (training provided)
- Take vitals, prep exam rooms, assist with procedures, and manage documentation
- Manage front desk operations: phones, patient intake, scheduling
- Enter and maintain information in the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Ensure a pleasant and professional patient experience
Requirements
- Certified Medical Assistant or completion of MA training program (or equivalent experience)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, professional communication style
- Comfortable using or learning EMR systems
