Warehouse Office Manager | Washington, UT
Nexeo HR is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Office Manager to support a growing company in Washington, UT. This role blends office administration with warehouse operations and is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and willing to jump in wherever needed. You will manage daily office tasks while supporting warehouse and delivery operations to ensure accuracy, organization, and smooth workflow.
Responsibilities
• Answer phones and emails regarding freight, deliveries, and interior designer orders
• Check in freight and deliveries upon arrival; verify paperwork and inventory
• Enter delivery documentation and paperwork into company systems
• Create daily delivery routes and organize addresses for drivers
• Contact customers to schedule deliveries and confirm appointments
• Prepare billing in Excel based on completed delivery work
• Ensure warehouse teams load the correct freight according to route paperwork
• Perform dock sweeps to ensure all freight is accounted for
• Assist with loading and staging interior designer installs
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety in warehouse and office areas
• Take initiative and identify tasks that need to be completed without being asked
Qualifications
• Prior warehouse, logistics, or office management experience preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable using Excel, email, and basic office systems
• Experience handling paperwork, inventory, or shipping documentation
• Strong communication skills for interacting with customers, drivers, and team members
• Self-starter who is reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to help where needed
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist in warehouse operations
• Comfortable working in a hands-on, sometimes dusty or dirty warehouse environment
• Knowledge of safety practices is a plus
Pay
Full Time | $17 per hour
Schedule
Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
