Location: Northern California
Employment Type: Part-Time, Non-Exempt
Compensation: $37.50–$40/hour based on qualifications and experience
About the Role:We are seeking a professional and discreet Residential Executive Protection Agent to support the safety and security of a private principal and residence. Candidates must have prior executive protection driving experience and demonstrate strong defensive driving skills, sound judgment, flexibility, and heightened situational awareness. This is a part-time, non-exempt position.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough risk assessments for residential properties.
- Implement and maintain security protocols for client residences.
- Monitor and respond to security breaches or emergencies.
- Provide discreet and professional protection to clients at all times.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities and incidents.
- Assist in planning and executing secure transportation for clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in executive protection.
Qualifications:
- Prior executive protection, military, or law enforcement experience preferred
- Valid California BSIS Guard Card required
- CCW Firearm Permit
- Clean driving record with EP formal driving experience/training and valid driver’s license
- Strong communication and de-escalation skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Schedule & Compliance:
- Part-time hours based on operational needs
- Position classified as non-exempt under California law
- Overtime, meal periods, and rest breaks provided in accordance with California labor regulations
