Responsibilities:
- Prepare the OR for surgical procedures, ensuring all equipment and sterile fields are ready
- Assist surgical teams during operations by monitoring patient status and managing surgical instruments
- Provide preoperative and postoperative care to patients
- Maintain accurate documentation and ply with infection control protocols
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outes
Qualifications / Desired Experience:
- Current RN license with valid certification in Operating Room nursing
- Proven experience working in OR settings with a thorough understanding of surgical procedures
- Strong munication, critical thinking, and patient assessment skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
