Flat Mountain Brewhouse in Garden City, KS is looking for one foh supervisor to join our 24 person strong team. We are located on 207 N Main St. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and hard-working.
Responsibilities

<li>Ensure customer satisfaction while performing duties</li>
<li>Delegate tasks to team and provide follow-up</li>
<li>Proactively assist fellow staff members</li>
<li>Ensure team provides fast, friendly, and accurate service</li>
<li>Ensure product quality, restaurant cleanliness, maintenance and security standards are met</li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications

<li>Ability to listen and communicate effectively</li>
<li>Excellent customer service skills</li>
<li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li>
<li>Previous experience in a management role</li>
