Physical Therapist – Multiple Locations (United States) - NY, RI, NC, WY, MD, CA, VA, AZ, WA, TX, OR
Job Summary
We are seeking licensed Physical Therapists to join our growing healthcare teams across multiple locations in the United States. The Physical Therapist will evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs to help patients restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall physical function.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercises tailored to patient needs
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary
- Educate patients and families on treatment goals, home exercise programs, and injury prevention
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
- Ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional treatment environment
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
- Active or eligible Physical Therapy license in the practicing state
- Strong clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- New graduates and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply
Preferred Skills
- Experience in outpatient, inpatient, rehabilitation, or home health settings
- Knowledge of evidence-based treatment techniques
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- EMR/EHR documentation experience
