Job DescriptionWe are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our growing property management team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for tenants, property owners, vendors, and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while supporting daily office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Greet visitors and assist with inquiries
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
- Maintain office records and filing systems
- Assist with tenant and owner communications
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Provide administrative support to property managers and office staff
- Accounts receivable/payable
Qualifications:
- Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office equipment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
