We are seeking a visionary Vice President of Operations to drive strategic execution and scalable growth across our established and consistently expanding dental organization. You will optimize operational workflows, empower our clinical teams, and scale infrastructure to deliver exceptional, patient-centric care while maximizing our overall business performance.
**This position requires candidates to travel frequently between designated offices within the Pennsylvania territory, with occasional trips to our NY headquarters for operations meetings.

VP of Operations Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements, cost optimization, and efficiency enhancements.
- Spearhead the strategic vision and daily execution of core operations, encompassing manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, facilities, and quality assurance.
- Empower departmental leaders through targeted coaching and mentorship to elevate individual potential, drive strategic goals, and foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Partner with executive leadership to shape and drive the company's long-term strategic vision
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field (a master's degree is preferred)
- Extensive experience (5+ years) in multi-site dental practice management or operations, preferably within a DSO or mid-sized group.
- Strong knowledge of dental practice operations, including scheduling, patient flow, billing, and insurance processes.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams.
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation based on experience, starting at $140,000 yearly
