We’re looking for hands-on Assemblers to help build high-performance chiller units used in data centers and custom industrial applications. What You’ll Do
As an Assembler, you’ll play a key role in bringing complex equipment to life:
- Build and assemble chiller units using work instructions, blueprints, and specifications
- Perform mechanical and basic electrical assembly using hand and power tools
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Support production by moving materials, packaging finished units, and maintaining workflow
What You Bring
- 1–2+ years of manufacturing or assembly experience
- Confidence using hand and power tools
- Ability to read and follow technical instructions, blueprints, and diagrams
- Reliable work history and strong work ethic
- Team-first attitude with solid communication skills
- Physical ability to stay active throughout the shift
Bonus Experience (Nice to Have)
- HVAC, data center equipment, or industrial manufacturing experience
- Sheet metal fabrication or advanced mechanical assembly (3+ years preferred)
- Familiarity with chiller systems or custom equipment builds
- Interest in long-term career growth and skill development

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Maple Grove, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
