Job Overview:
We are looking to hire an Order Picker. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately picking and preparing orders for shipment in a timely manner. They need to have experience with RF Scanners along with Warehouse experience.
Duties:
- Utilize order sheets to pick items from shelves or bins based on the order requirements
- Pack orders securely to prevent damage during transit
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks to move items
- Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy through proper documentation
- Collaborate with the Warehouse Supervisor to ensure efficient order fulfillment
- Perform quality control checks on orders before shipment
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment like pallet jacks
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking
- Knowledge of quality control processes in a warehouse setting
- Physical ability to lift and move packages as needed
