What You'll Do:
- Execute and support bi-weekly payroll processing with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
- Manage reconciliation, auditing, and proofing of payroll data (gross-to-net)
- Partner with Legal, Finance, and external agencies to ensure regulatory compliance
- Handle payroll tax, garnishments, and time & labor regulations
- Serve as a key point of contact for complex payroll inquiries and issue resolution
- Support process improvements, documentation, and HRIS/system updates
What We're Looking For:
- 4–7+ years of payroll experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong expertise in payroll tax, garnishments, and compliance requirements
- Experience with Workday (strongly preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
