Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

The position is based onsite in the Lees Summit, MO area, serving a full caseload of 50-60 students primarily in Early Childhood. The role offers a contract through the current school year with a potential end date of May 29, 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to elementary-aged students with communication disorders
- Manage a full caseload, focusing on therapy sessions without evaluation duties
- Collaborate with educational teams to support student progress and development
- Adapt therapy approaches to meet individual student needs within a school environment
Qualifications:
- Valid certification in Speech-Language Pathology (preferably SLP - CCC)
- Experience working with early childhood and elementary school populations
- Ability to manage a caseload of 50-60 students independently and efficiently
- Strong communication and organizational skills
