Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Make a meaningful impact in students’ lives by providing speech-language services to elementary learners in an engaging school environment near Minneapolis, MN. This contract opportunity is for the 2026–2027 school year and offers a full-time schedule (37.5 hours per week, 8am-4pm), working on site with a diverse K–4 caseload. You’ll use your expertise to help students communicate more effectively, fostering their confidence and growth across all learning settings.
What you’ll bring:
- Valid SLP license through the Minnesota Department of Education (MDE)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Knowledge of supporting children with a variety of disabilities
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Commitment to supporting elementary students at different developmental stages
In this role, you will:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide evidence-based intervention for elementary students (grades K–4) with speech, language, and communication needs
- Serve a dynamic caseload across one or more school sites, adapting strategies for a variety of disabilities
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other professionals to develop and implement IEPs
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the success of the special education program
- Document progress and maintain compliance with all state and district regulations
