Job Description
- Seeking dedicated and flexible individuals to join our production team.
- Ability to stand for long shifts.
- Possess warehouse experience.
- Can lift up to 50 lbs.
- Opportunities to work in a dynamic environment with cross-training on machine operation.
Responsibilities
- Mechanically assemble various antenna, jumper, and connector products.
- Package finished goods for shipment.
- Inspect and test assembled products to ensure quality standards.
- Learn and follow Q&EMS policies, procedures, and instructions.
- Support environmental impact minimization by adhering to waste management program procedures and following safety protocols.
Essential Skills
- 6 months of warehouse experience.
- Ability to lift maximum 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods.
- Ability to read/write/speak English.
- Reliable transportation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Order selecting/picker packer experience.
- Material handling and inventory management.
- Experience with RF scanner, shipping, and receiving.
- General production experience.
- HS Diploma or GED.

Work Environment
- Temperature controlled work environment.
- Requires standing for the duration of the shift.
- Structured setting with a 350 employee team, including temps.
- Uniform includes t-shirt, sweatshirt, knee-length shorts, pants, or jeans, with closed-toed shoes or sneakers required.
- Shift hours vary, including 1st and 2nd shifts, with differential pay offered.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.98 - $18.98/hr.
