BC Forward is Looking for Collections Specialist at Phoenix, AZ
Position - Collection Specialist
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Anticipated Start Date: 22nd September
Pay: $19/hr. - $24/hr. (Based on Experience/Interview) + (bonus based on performance)
Reminder for the schedule.
Training (approx. 5 weeks):
In total, 5 weeks of training
The first 3 weeks of training: 6 AM - 3 PM MST (Monday–Friday)
2 weeks of Nesting 5 AM - 2 PM MST (Monday–Friday)
Night Post Training Shift Schedule:
Monday – Thursday: 11 am - 8 pm or 12 noon - 9 pm MST (hours differ based on daylight saving time)
Friday: 9 am - 6 pm or 10 am - 7 pm MST (hours differ based on daylight saving time)
Saturday: 7 am -11 am or 8 am-12 pm or MST (Rotation) and (hours differ based on daylight saving time)
Description:
Stellantis Financial Services (SFS) is the main finance company for one of the world's leading automakers and a mobility provider with iconic brands including Chrysler, Fiat, Jeep, Dodge Ram, and many others.
As a Collections Team member, you’ll coordinate the activities of collecting delinquent payments for auto loan accounts from customers. The main function of a collector is to locate and notify customers of delinquent accounts to solicit payment. A typical collector is responsible for receiving payment, preparing statements to the credit department if the customer doesn’t respond, and keeping records of collection
Equipment will be provided to the candidate
Skills Required:
- Good analytical and organizational skills with close attention to detail.
- Intermediate MS Office skills in Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to interface work autonomously and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Mathematical Skills Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Other Skills and Abilities Knowledge of and Compliant with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, local, state, and federal collection laws
