Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
- Dispense medications accurately while adhering to retail pharmacy standards.
- Manage long-term care pharmacy duties, supporting patient compliance and medication therapy management.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and patients to ensure optimal medication use.
- Maintain pharmacy records and comply with regulatory requirements.
- Provide immunizations and patient education as needed.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid Minnesota pharmacist license is required.
- PharmD degree or equivalent is preferred.
- Immunization certification and CPR certification.
- Experience or certification in Medication Therapy Management (MTM) is a plus.
- Ability to work a Monday-Friday schedule, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, with possible rotating weekends.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
