Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist (Remote – Patient Facing)

Location: New York, NY (Remote)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 35 Hours/Week | Rotating Shift
Required Qualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Pharmacy\nMinimum 1 year of Pharmacist experience\nActive New York State Pharmacist License (NYSED) – Required\nStrong knowledge of pharmacy operations and clinical practices\nExcellent communication and organizational skills
