Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
Valid Florida SLP license (or eligibility)
CCC or CFY status accepted

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Ability to collaborate well in multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality therapy services to students with a wide range of communication needs
Collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and allied specialists
Attend and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in accordance with district and state guidelines
Provide consultation and education to families and school personnel
