About Our Client:

Addison Group is hiring a Scheduling Supervisor on behalf of one of our healthcare clients located in Boardman, Ohio. This organization is experiencing continued growth and is expanding its leadership team to support high-volume scheduling, referral, and patient access operations. The client offers a collaborative, patient-focused environment with strong leadership support and modern onsite amenities.


Job Description:

The CSR Supervisor oversees all aspects of patient collections, customer service, and payment posting. The Supervisor will drive excellence by monitoring workflows, improving cash flow, and ensuring high levels of patient satisfaction while maintaining regulatory compliance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and accurate posting of all payments, adjustments, and denials (ERAs, lockbox, credit cards, etc.).
  • Monitor and resolve unapplied cash, credit balances, and posting errors.
  • Develop and report on KPIs regarding team productivity and accuracy.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
  • Ensure patient billing inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
  • Oversee patient statements, refunds, and financial assistance applications.
  • Handle escalated patient concerns and complex billing issues.
  • Manage relationships with external collection agencies.
  • Monitor staff productivity, provide coaching, and support professional development.
  • Manage schedules, payroll, and PTO requests.
  • Implement denial prevention strategies and staff education.
  • Collaborate with internal departments on strategic goals and projects.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience
  • Background in customer service, self pay or payment posting preferred
  • Experience supporting revenue cycle operations or process improvement initiatives
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated leader who takes initiative and leads by example

  • Full-time, permanent position
  • Onsite role in a professional office environment
  • Schedule: 8:30am–5:00pm with flexible start time options
  • EMR experience preferred (Meditech exposure a plus)
