Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute sales strategies to achieve branch goals and drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Identify opportunities to deepen relationships through cross-selling products and services.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, policies, and security procedures.
- Foster a positive employee experience, driving engagement, performance, and morale.
- Oversee daily operations and assist with all branch functions as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
- 3+ years of retail banking experience, ideally in a branch leadership role.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire a team.
Compensation & Benefits
As required by local law, Highland Consulting Group believes $60,000-$65,000 to be a reasonable starting base compensation for this role, for individuals hired into this position in geography that require salary range disclosure. We are also of the understanding that that salary may be complimented by the following for which the individual may be eligible:
