Responsibilities

Provide patient respiratory assessment and administer therapy per protocol.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable milestones.

Monitor patient progress and adjust therapies based on results and data.

Document clinical notes accurately in electronic health records.

Meet or exceed predefined performance targets and quality metrics.

Adhere to regulatory standards, privacy laws, and workplace policies.

Educate patients and families on inhaler use, device techniques, and adherence.

Collaborate with physicians and care teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Ensure equipment safety, maintenance, and sanitation of respiratory devices.

Identify opportunities to expand services within territory and contribute to pipeline planning.

Participate in on-site training and demonstrate continuous professional development.
Experience/Qualifications
-
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with active licensure where required.

Clinical respiratory assessment and therapy administration per protocol.

Monitor progress, adjust therapies based on data, and meet quality metrics.

Compliance with regulatory standards, privacy laws, and workplace policies.
