Responsibilities

  • Provide patient respiratory assessment and administer therapy per protocol.

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable milestones.

  • Monitor patient progress and adjust therapies based on results and data.

  • Document clinical notes accurately in electronic health records.

  • Meet or exceed predefined performance targets and quality metrics.

  • Adhere to regulatory standards, privacy laws, and workplace policies.

  • Educate patients and families on inhaler use, device techniques, and adherence.

  • Collaborate with physicians and care teams to optimize patient outcomes.

  • Ensure equipment safety, maintenance, and sanitation of respiratory devices.

  • Identify opportunities to expand services within territory and contribute to pipeline planning.

  • Participate in on-site training and demonstrate continuous professional development.


Experience/Qualifications

  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with active licensure where required.

  • Clinical respiratory assessment and therapy administration per protocol.

  • Monitor progress, adjust therapies based on data, and meet quality metrics.

  • Compliance with regulatory standards, privacy laws, and workplace policies.

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable milestones.

  • Equipment safety, maintenance, and sanitation of respiratory devices.

  • Collaborate with physicians and care teams to optimize outcomes.

  • Proficient in electronic health records documentation and data entry.

  • Strong patient and family education on inhaler use and device techniques.

  • Identify service expansion opportunities and contribute to pipeline planning.

  • On-site training participation and commitment to ongoing professional development.

  • Experience with territory-based service delivery and target attainment.

  • Ability to work on-site in a Growth Oriented, results-driven environment with visible metrics.

  • Contract role with self-driven accountability for individual success within a team context.
