Summary:


RADCO is currently seeking an Operations Analyst to provide analytical support for our Multifamily Operations team. The Operations Analyst is responsible for gathering data, analyzing performance metrics, providing financial reporting, identifying areas for improvement, and developing solutions to enhance the overall performance of RADCO’s owned and third-party managed properties. The Operations Analyst will report directly to the VP of Operations and collaborate with various departments, including Operations, Business Systems, Marketing, and Asset Management.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, measure performance, and generate insights.
  • Assist in financial analysis and reporting, including tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for RADCO’s current portfolio.
  • Create and maintain BI dashboards to display current KPI standings and operational performance.
  • Gather and analyze market information to include market trends, competitive analyses, and rent roll analyses for current and future markets.
  • Collaborate with the VP, Operations and Regional Managers to identify opportunities for improvements and efficiencies.
  • Work with the VP, Client Services, EVP, Operations, and the VP, Operations to prepare proforma reports for potential new clients and properties.
  • Create and distribute ongoing operational reports to the Operations team and Property Managers.
  • Provide ad hoc analytical support for various projects, as needed.


Requirements/Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience as an Analyst or related role.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and solve complex problems.
  • Understanding of financial statements, budgets, and financial reporting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure and Business Intelligence (BI) is preferred but not required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with Yardi software is preferred, not required.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, both locally and nationally.
