Doctoral degree in Audiology (Au.D.), active Audiolist license and 1+ years Audiologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract position requires a skilled professional to assist special education teams on an as-needed basis, focusing on audiology services that enhance students hearing and communication capabilities. Location:

Virtual candidates are strongly preferred, supporting a school district serving students in New Mexico.

Responsibilities:

Provide audiology support for special education teams, including reviewing audiology reports.
Assist with the development of student goals related to hearing and communication needs.
Collaborate effectively with educators, staff, and parents to support student success.
Respond to on-call requests as needed to meet the districts audiology service requirements.

Qualifications:

Must hold valid professional and educator credentials in Audiology.
Bilingual ability in English and Navajo (Din) is a significant advantage.
Experience working within school systems or with K-12 special education teams is preferred.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a virtual environment.
