How You Will Make an Impact

• Educate and counsel patients and families on treatment plans, goals, and safety considerations

• Evaluate physical, functional, cognitive, and psychological status to determine patient capabilities

• Document evaluations, treatments, and care coordination per company policies

• Independently manage caseloads to optimize patient outcomes

• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations

• Support special projects and initiatives aligned with Our Client's mission and values

• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned

What You Will Need

• Physical Therapist license OR anticipated completion of DPT requirements within 6 months

• Strong commitment to high-quality patient care

• Eagerness to grow professionally and support team development
