The Patient Care Coordinator is the first point of patient contact and is responsible for appointment scheduling and other inquiries necessary to provide comprehensive patient care. The PCC needs to have an upbeat, positive attitude and work to create a safe, professional, welcoming environment to support this fast-paced practice. PCC duties include, but are not limited to, answering phone calls, registering, and scheduling patients, patient check-in/check-out, insurance eligibility, and providing administrative support to business and clinical staff. PCC will gather any necessary documentation and co-payments upon patient arrival for appointments.
