Blue United Sourcing is looking for a Physical Therapist to join a rehab team at a well-established skilled nursing facility in Marysville. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with residents, support their recovery, and be part of a team that values quality care and professional growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide high-quality physical therapy to SNF residents
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
- Document patient progress and maintain compliance with all regulations
- Participate in care planning and rehab program development
- Support a culture of teamwork, engagement, and patient-centered care
What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in California
- Experience in skilled nursing, outpatient, or rehab settings preferred
- Strong clinical skills with a patient-focused mindset
- Someone who values collaboration, reliability, and consistency
