Job DescriptionWe are seeking a team-oriented MRI Tech for our brand-new facility in Gillette, WY. Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Perform clinical and research-based fMRI scans including tasks targeting motor, visual, auditory, and language functions.
- Administer block and event-related paradigms and synchronize stimulus presentation with image acquisition.
- Operate MRI equipment, set up scan parameters, and monitor the scan process while maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Prepare and position patients, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout fMRI procedures.
- Administer contrast media per physician guidelines, and screen patients for contraindications such as implants or claustrophobia. Evaluate image quality and collaborate with radiologists and neurologists to ensure diagnostic accuracy.
- Troubleshoot issues with acquisition or scanner hardware/software.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, IRB protocols (if applicable), and all institutional and federal regulations.
- Maintain clean, functional MRI suites in accordance with infection control standards.
- Stay current with developments in fMRI methodology, neuroimaging software, and emerging imaging technologies.
- All other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience with MRI, 1 year specializing in functional MRI either in clinical or research environment
- Familiarity with neuroimaging software such as SPM, FSL or AFNI
- Experience conducting fMRI studies in collaboration with neurologists, neurosurgeons or research investigations is a plus!!

Pay Details: $78,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
