- Help with project information gathering from vendors
- Assist with travel plans
- Update Shared Company Calendar to reflect – show travel – customer visits – Any other important company events
- Help GM with process documentation and establishing Standard Operating Procedure manuals
- Help with truck bookings
- Help with inventory check on major moving parts
- Help with order entry during June / July / August
- Manage Incoming inbox for customer service email
- -Delegate / follow up RFQ’s
- Help with printing orders that come into Customer Service email
- Initiate / discover Vendors for new products with details provided from Purchasing and Management
- Manage Printer support
- Manage Office / Printer Inventory
- Manage Supply lists and purchasing of supply inventory
- Help AP/AR department with invoicing and collection calls
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Maintain a filing system
- Research new sources for products/supplies used at Fisher
- Maintain contact lists
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Provide general support to visitors
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
Monday - Friday 7am-3:45pm
